A Legacy of Bold Steps
Lila Property Management has grown from personal need. Our founder, a long-time Heber Valley resident, spent years informally managing her own rentals and select vacation properties for friends and family. As word of our meticulous care and reliability spread, it became clear there was a need for a professional, personalized property management service in our community.
This journey was inspired by the namesake of our company, Lila Larsen, our founder's grandmother. In the 1960s, a time when few women returned to school, Lila took the bold step of going back to graduate school in her 40s to earn a degree in art history, not for financial gain, but for personal fulfillment. Her example of courage and commitment is the foundation of our business.
